      Build up rapport

    • Then when u say something they will listen n will try to help u
    • U talk to ur supervisor before anyone else do

    • Coz I only believe in myself never trust others
    • In the ward no close monitoring, but in Icu it's too obvious n easy to detect the low bp
    • That's why Icu nurse should be prudent

    • i never got confident at all, so cant said that i lost confident

    • Everyone is the same when newly join Icu
    • No one is so perfect or so good
      They just used to what they do
    • Patient's safety always comes first
    • If u think of that u wouldn't be wrong
    • already 1 and half year in icu, sister said, she had change me alot, but there is something i need to pick up still
    • Of course
    • Even I'm 3 years here, I've still got a lot more to learn
    • Different child has different development
      Same goes to adults
    • Don't give up
